/Delivery approach

From requirement to operation.

Six stages, each closed by an explicit quality gate. It is how we keep complex integration work predictable — and how you can always see exactly where a project stands.

Stage 01

Discover

Understand the operation, people, systems and constraints.

Workshops with operational staff and technical owners, a review of existing systems and interfaces, and a clear statement of requirements and success criteria.

Outputs
  • Discovery report
  • Requirements baseline
  • Risk register
Quality gate

Scope and success criteria agreed

Stage 02

Design

Architecture, interfaces, security and user workflows.

Target architecture, interface contracts, security model and workflow prototypes, reviewed with business and technical stakeholders.

Outputs
  • Architecture and interface specifications
  • Security design
  • Workflow prototypes
Quality gate

Design approved by business and technical owners

Stage 03

Develop & integrate

Iterative build, integrated early with real counterpart systems.

Short delivery cycles with regular demonstrations. Integration with devices and external systems starts early, so surprises surface while they are cheap to fix.

Outputs
  • Working increments
  • Automated test suites
  • Integration test reports
Quality gate

Code review, automated tests and security checks pass

Stage 04

Validate

End-to-end, performance, security and acceptance testing.

Testing against the agreed criteria in a representative environment, with evidence recorded for every requirement.

Outputs
  • Test evidence
  • Acceptance records
  • Known-issues log
Quality gate

Acceptance criteria met, no unresolved critical issues

Stage 05

Deploy

Planned rollout with training and a rollback path.

Deployment and rollback plans, operator and administrator training, and close monitoring through the early-life period.

Outputs
  • Deployment and rollback plan
  • Training materials
  • Operational runbooks
Quality gate

Go-live readiness review

Stage 06

Support

Structured support, maintenance and evolution.

Ticketed support through our client portal, with priorities and escalation defined in each support agreement, plus security maintenance and planned improvements.

Outputs
  • Support and escalation procedures
  • Release notes
  • Service reviews
Quality gate

Regular service reviews with the client

/Technology partners

The local integration and delivery partner.

Many projects combine our engineering with specialist technology from international vendors. We adapt platforms to local systems and procedures, coordinate acceptance and provide structured support — with roles, responsibilities and intellectual-property boundaries agreed in writing from the start.

/Management systems

Quality and security, certified.

  • ISO 9001:2015 — quality management system, certificate INEC4320Q2401, valid until 9 June 2027.
  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022 — information security management system, certificate INEC4320A2602, valid until 19 February 2029.
